The Refinery Visual and Literary Gallery is a space for local independent artists to display their most recent works. Many of them are for sale. The work displays both professional and amateur artists.
The Gallery is also home to the Writers Coop and many other literary readings, book launches and open-mike readings. It is a popular gathering and waiting area, with its four comfortable couches and 12 retro chrome dining suites. For evening gatherings, the hand-decorated lamps on each table create a cozy atmosphere. There is a kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave.
The Gallery also serves as our " lobby" and is open one hour before all evening shows, so come down early and enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a pint of beer.
